Step 1 - Ensure the EXP port is configured
Navigate to the configuration tab of your site in the Bigleaf Cloud Connect Dashboard. At the bottom of the page you can see what the EXP ports on your Bigleaf device are configured for, pictured:
Simply ensure that EXP slot is configured for the WAN port, LAN port or Router to Router connection then please use an SFP on our tested SFP port list here. Please note, if the EXP port you wish to use is unconfigured or configured for the wrong port please contact the Bigleaf Support Team to get that adjusted.
